This little cutie fell out of the sky onto my lap today. Poor thing looked exhuasted and dehydrated! So I brought her in, have her some water, and bread. Figured she'd be here for a couple days and went out to goodwill and bought a nice big bird cage I saw the other day. She seems to be happy here, swinging on the swing and sitting in her food. She drank that whole little bowl of water by time I was back from the thrift store.

If she's drinking that much water that quick she might be really dehydrated and needs medical attention.
I'd check if there's a bird rehab center near you who can take her/give you advice on care. I believe in Canada you can keep them in captivity legally (in the U.S. it's a federal offense) but I'd really check with professionals to see if they have any advice on how to get her back up in shape to go home to her wild world. :)

P.s. http://www.furaffinity.net/user/med.....ildlifecenter/ works in a Canadian rehab center, you may be able to find resources through them. :)
