This is a Nerf Zombie Strike Sledgefire. Got it a few days ago. This will be replacing my current side arm when finished.

Will be uploading a pic of my armor in a few weeks.

works good, although haven't test fitted it to my holster yet. looket at the hammershot, didn't like it as much as this one. saw this for the first time and bought it. loved it right away.

Prefer the shotgun to the ol' cowboy shootin'-iron, eh? No problem... I likes me a good revolver, especially a hammer-action piece you can actually dual-wield. >w>

oh, don't get it wrong, I like a good revolver. Love my Barricade. its my current side-arm.

I had bad luck with the Barricade... the internals kept jamming for some reason.

the only problem I have had with mine is jamming with damaged/partially damaged darts, otherwise it's a smooth running nerf fire arm. btw have you seen the nerf turret mod? pretty sweet, very simple and do-able. seriously considering building one.

WOW... that's like a Nerf 25MM machine-gun mount- or "the Twenty-Five Mike-Mike," as we called it in the Navy.

semi-familiar with the 25 mike mike. seen one in a museum. but yes, I think that was the basic aim for that design in the video, especially with the grip system, but it is a bit bulky, could be streamlined quite a bit.

Yeah, that sucker's for a machine-gun nest or static mount, rather than an infantryman's weapon. Though if I HAD to have a rifle, I'd actually rather have the new Centurion.

hell, that's what I prefer for close encounters, nice, pretty, scatter-gun for maxim damage at close/zero range.

didn't like what I saw about the centurion. passed it up for this.

My close-in blaster of choice is a revolver... I got the Maverick when it first came out, and long has that one been a favorite of mine... the only problem is ya can't prime-and-shoot the damn thing with one hand. The Hammershot? No problem... I can go Sword And Gun finally!

There are other choices in electronic firing Nerf. Just a matter finding what you like and what your willing to pay. Maverickis a good choice when your Back is against the wall.

I also like the Jolt and the Triad as "holdout blasters..." something small and concealable you can pull out in an emergency.

Been looking for a secret shot. Brother had one when we were kids, but I think time got it. That was a good Nerf single shot weapon. Hidden shot in the grip. You raise your hands in "surrender" and squeeze the trigger. They are dead before they know what happened.
