These here are mini Shepard’s pies. I made dough and put it over a cupcake pan and filled it with cooked ground turkey with peas, corn, carrots and string beans. The filling was made with a lovely gravy. Lastly, I covered the meat with a swirl of mashed potatoes. I baked it in a oven at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes. The dough was pretty thin, so, when serving it did fall apart but man oh man did it taste good. It was really good. I made them at my best friend’s (
