I love the winter so much. Not to sound like a total emo weirdo, but I do enjoy watching everything die and wither. Kind of a bitter sweat, "All good things come to an end" type of mentality I guess. I also, for reasons no can understand, I prefer the frigid dark of winter much more than the warmth of the other seasons. I enjoy the challenge the weather posses, almost like showing my worth.
The thought that winter is like a test for your body and mind is even better shown when you attempt to hike mountains with fresh snow on the ground. That harder than it sounds but rewarding and really fun! I came home battered, frozen, hungry, and tired but I did get to see the world from the peak of a mountain, look out to see the beautiful frozen landscape spread out before me. You should try that! You just need to bring some thick boots and pants along with tons of snacks and water because I ran out when I went.

des melancholische hat irgendwie was, allgemein gilt das ja immer als traurig oder deprimierend, aber so bekommt man mal die Zeit zum nachdenken, über sich selbst, über sein umfeld :3 stille einsamkeit ist die zeit die man mit sich selbst verbringen kann
