Here's my first color pic of Storm, and an entry into the PokéCombat Academy's Spring Break theme.
Storm's quite the avid surfer (no, he cannot use it as an offensive move) and enjoys being in his element while vacationing with the rest of the Academy in the Orange Islands. There are few things he loves more than riding the waves and taking in the glorious sunlight. And to those wondering why he, a Jolteon, seems to have such a thin mane? Well, as you can see, he shaves it :p
