Any guesses as to what it is?

Before you comment; 3D ultrasounds are awesome but strange, the odd things you may see are supposed to be there, the baby is fine, I promise :3

Baby is so tiny and perfect, delicate little features! It was odd getting used to the 3D, but I love being able to see the little face! So beautiful! I'll be having another 3D in a few another two months, because Daddy insists :3
