This is Tony, a character I adopted on Deviantart long ago. He's a young secret agent of A.T.O.M.--The Agency for Tactically Outstanding Mobians. He began this job after saving his school from a terrorist bombing, by his own teacher. Since then, he has done a great deal in infiltration, stealth, and hand-to-hand combat.
