Morris is the mascot for the high school that I go to. He is a mustang with a jersey number of 00. Morris has been around for a while and on ‎December ‎20, ‎2012 they introduced a new mascot costume. The story that the school created to introduce the new mascot was that the new Morris was the old Morris’s son. The old mascot is Morris Senior and the new mascot is Morris Junior. When they introduced the new mascot costume I signed up to be the mascot right away.

Characteristics

Morris has been through a lot during his time at my school and because of this he looks really beat up. The first thing that's wrong with him is he has two black eyes. The second thing that's wrong with him is one of his ears are ripped off. He had to use medical tape to attach it back to his head. The third thing that's wrong with him is that one of his hands is missing. Other than that he has a couple of minor problems like a ripped jersey. Morris has a lot of battle wounds but it was all to promote school spirit.

Morris has a really angry look to him. His eyes are slanted and he has a frown on his face. The reason he looks so angry is because he's trying to intimidate the other teams. When he is interacting with people from our school he is happy and friendly even though his expression will never show it. The only time that he acts unfriendly would be when he is interacting with people on the opposing team.

Morris wears pants and a jersey. The material of his outfit is the equivalent to the material of wind pants. On the front of his jersey he has his number 00 and Mustangs written in the shape of an arch above his number. The perimeter of the jersey is yellow and there is a yellow stripe that goes down the side of the pants.

Morris has a gigantic head; his head is probably half the size of his body. There is a giant stripe that starts at the bottom of his snout and extends in length until it reaches his forehead. Morris has a main that looks like a buzz cut. It's huge in area because his main covers a lot of his head. His hands have four fingers and there are hooves where his knuckles are.

Putting The Costume on

The first thing I put on was the jumpsuit with the attached pants. The feet were attached to the jumpsuit as well and at the end of the feet there was to strips of fabric that crossed each other so the hooves wouldn't show my feet. I had to wear my shoes with this costume. Inside the jumpsuit there was material that matched the material on wind pants. After I put the jumpsuit on I put the jersey on. The jersey was torn at the back so they used safety pins to hold it together. After I put the jersey on I put the gloves on. The gloves had four slots to put my fingers in. Two of the slots were the same size as a regular glove. There was a smaller slot so I could put my pinky in and there was a bigger slot so I could put my thumb in. Finally I put the mask on. This mask was enormous and extremely spacious. Inside the mask there was an attached helmet that held the mask in place. It wasn't that hot inside the mask because of its size. I saw through the eyes which were two holes because the screen that covered the holes was busted through. It made it really easy for people to see me inside the costume. After I put the beat up mask on I was transformed into Morris the mustang.
