I finally drew Cecil with his weapon. And it was a pain to make it look like it was an actual laser. I think that I did a pretty good job with it. He wasn’t supposed to have the yellow trim on his costume but it looked really plain without it so I’m keeping it.
I’ll do a reference sheet for him soon.
