Besides the classic "So Badass I Don't Need a Shirt" heroic pose, I love the way there seems to be some sort of explosion in the background. It's like in those animes where the heroes introduce themselves, strike a dramatic pose, and the background spontaneously combusts in a blaze of glory just behind them.

"Whether it's impossible or laughable, great men open the paths of battle! If there's a wall, I'll break it down! If there's no path, I'll make one with this sword! The heart's magma burns with flames, and a man's spirit is ablaze! Who the hell do you think I am?!?! I am WEREWOLFHERO!!!!!"

Thanks, Bioxz. I actually just needed an abstract background and found this explosion on Google Images. I turned it blue since WerewolfHero seems to like that color.

A well made aesthetic choice. It goes with his overall gray complexion, if such a word can be used.

Actually, now that I think about it, a blue explosion would be even more destructive than a red one, as blue flames are even hotter than red ones are. Hmmmmmm...
