technically they would be all wet since clouds are made of water, but its more whimsy to do the fog machine type look, like Disney did in Aladdin.

I was inspired to draw Ash as a Witch this year after falling in love with Braixen, i'm not to fond of her evo, but I guess its because I was spoiled by better fan versions of what they thought it was going to be.. also.. they missed a opportunity with turning her wand into a staff or something cool >_>
