A piece of artwork proving that I have not improved. =/
Still have no idea how to shade, but the anatomy is a bit better.
Any good critique would be welcome. ^-^

Personally I think you've improved. The anatomy is very well done, only the head seems weird a little. Maybe the eye or the shape, I don't know.
Anyway, if you have issues with anatomy, I suggest to use reference for the pose you want to draw. I always do that. And your wing are pretty good, I've never been able to do a wing this good :)
And about the shading.... It only seems hard until you try it. The only vital part of shading is to understand what you draw. To understand what elements your figure is made of. For example if you can see its leg as a cylinder, and you know where the light comes, you will know which part will be in the shadows and which in the light. And an other advice: try cell shading first. It's much easier, but it can help you a lot to understand the concept of light and shadow.
I hope I could help a bit, feel free to ask anything you are curious about. I'm not a good artist myself, but I always try to improve. I can'T show you my works here, because I didn't do any furry art yet, but I have a deviantart account if you are interested. If you are not, that's fine too, but note if you have any problems with drawing or improving or anything, and wanna talk about it with someone, feel free to write :)
