Aww. In Mario RPG, you can summon Yoshi to eat minor enemies by using a Yoshi Cookie. If he fails to eat the enemy due to it being too powerful, he'll turn around and give you a Yoshi Candy as compensation. It's a healing item.

Also, WHY HAVEN'T YOU PLAYED MARIO RPG?! Priority 1, Mr. Bear!
