The only problem I can see is that you used the old screen with all the classes on it, so it looks a little silly. Like, you can see the Scout over on the right with the SMG instead of the weapons he actually ended up with. The newer, more accurate one would have been nicer. Otherwise it was awesome.

this one's used in the Demoman video if I'm not mistaken

Take the sewers.
Honestly, pyro is one of the BEST classes to disguise as. Infact, it's my favorite.
Most people notice when an engineer or sniper is on the frontlines
A medic doesn't normally go around with a syringe gun
Scouts run faster than a spy
Most people identify that a player is a spy based on the body structure rather than the color. People react to the shape of a spy, and it reminds them that "oh my! I forgot about spies!"
Heavies and soldiers are too slow.

Oh my God... that... that was amazing.... could just be that its 6am and I have yet to go to bed but I freaking busted up... between his mumbling and laughing at the end. It makes me think of all the G.I.Joe paradies from a few years back... to bad the guy who made them ended up getting his ass sued...
OP, no wonder, heres the original I was thinking of xD

When all it takes is moving and holding 1 button down to kill several people thats as easy as it gets. Every other class you have to aim or build something in a good enough spot to now have it be eliminated in seconds. Thats called a class that takes no skill, unless of coarse you only have one arm, and I don't say hand cause even if you had a num you could play the character as good as anyone else can. And I have played the other games. And it takes no skill to reach the fullest of a Pyro's potential cause no matter what you do it's the same thing, you set someone on fire, thats it.
this argument is stupid for the following reasons:
1. the flamethrower has no range
2. the maximum amount of buttons required to use almost every weapon is 1 button
3. the flamethrower has no range
4. it doesn't work underwater or anywhere where someone can take a dip into the water
That severe limitation of the pyro makes him vurnerable to any long-range class, and therefore must play hide-and seek, or outflank enemies in order to get in their face long enough to kill them. I always have to take damage when I play as pyro. I can kill multiple enemies without getting hit once with most other classes. This is intended.
You need to think before you construct your argument. If you really played pyro, you would understand its limitations as well as its advantages. If you're mowed down by a lot of people who play as this class, it's your own fault really xD

The range doesn't matter seeing how the Pyro has enough health to make it to your opponent unless your mentaly retarded and can't press any keys. Half the time you can suicide bomb in and just charge in, spray, die, and most of everyone else goes with you. Theres either a lack of or no water in most of the stages, and you have to be able to submerge half of your body before the flame goes out. The Pyro does have range because of the shotgun, and I do get killed by the class often because im primarly a Scout. However I also get killed often by heavies as well (I found ways to take them out much easier now.), and I felt fine about them. I do know exactly what im argueing about and I don't throw hissy fits saying a class takes no skill because I get killed by it often. It's a simple fact. And all the other weapons may take one button to use, but you have to aim, be at certain distances, and worry about Ammo. A pyro you have a mass amount of ammo, don't have to aim, and just run and you have them np. Holding down the fire button for Pyro even increases their range a good 100%.
1. pyro has 175 health and not good defense unless you switch to the shotgun, which isn't as good as the other shotguns from what I can tell being on both ends of the thing
2. Even if you set someone on fire, running in like an idiot kills people almost NEVER. The only exception is Scouts. Sucks to be you huh? Learn to suck less or learn to suck it up -- I play scout way more than I play pyro and I'm still telling you that you're full of it, sir. Actually, one of my guilty pleasures is managing to bonk a pyro with the bat xD
3. Pyro has 200 ammo for the flamethrower. 200's a big number isn't it? but if you click the mouse you can waste 2-5 ammo just by clicking it. That's 1/40 of your ammo right there -- so there's no reload, but it doesn't hurt that much unless you're like 2 inches away from a person and hopefully there's no medics around to heal the fire cause then the afterburn's useless.
I realized that I don't know why I continue to engage you in this debate since I doubt you're going to change your mind, despite objective reality being that the class is pretty darn balanced (see how far you'd go complaining about it to anyone who actually matters).... at the same time, you keep coming up with this stuff that makes it sound like you never even played the class long enough to discover its limitations. You should really play more classes.
