About a month ago, I figured I'd do one of these memes to learn to draw human facial expressions better. Verona, a sorceress from my D&D game, seemed like a fun character to use for this, so I got to drawing her. However, since for me it was more about mastering the expressions that learning to draw her super-consistently, I basically copy-pasted and adjusted the first face I drew (the 'pleased' face) 24 times. It was still a lot of work, but also a lot of fun to do. It features probably the most realistic faces I've ever drawn, even including slight skin colour differences.
When I was drawing the sarcastic face, it came out more flirty than sarcastic, so I replaced 'fierce' (which was quite a bad-looking face) with a second flirty, hence why there's two of those.

my response to the WTF face would be.....what the hack?!
seriously though, you put a lot of work in this and you can see that. in full size you see you worked pretty well on this, and I imagine it is very hard making all of those expressions.
the rage one makes me a little scared...which is an expression I miss in here now I think of that actually

Haha, yeah, the WTF face is amazingly dumb-looking xD I actually toned it down twice, it used to be utterly preposterous.
Anyway, thanks :p The expressions honestly were pretty easy. It was a matter of looking in the mirror and observing the ways my face changed when I made those expressions. The main difficulty was the fact that there are 25 of them, and of course getting a well-drawn base face. :p
Well, there is a 'fear' expression, snacky, on the left of the third row.

Well, I do think that you did a very nice job with them all. Each one looking like the expression it's meant to be and all. :o
Only thing I can think of is that for tired, maybe it could look like she's having to try keep her eye's open. But I have no idea how you would go about making it look that way.
