I did something like that once. I was always taught to be honest, and when I was 4 I was VERY loud and VERY observant. I was with my mom in the drug store, just a routine errand, and this MASSIVE woman like, almost stepped on me lol, I mean she must've been almost 400lbs. So I yelled out, "Mommy! That fat lady just almost squished me!" Omfg I got in soooo much trouble xD

Parents always teach to tell the truth, then in a case like this they get mad when they do.

Yeeeees, something odd is going on here, because Gemma can't possibly be remembering things that happened before she was born!
But of course there could still be a non-supernatural explanation -- her brain may be reconstructing something that happened before she was born based on tidbits that people told her about after she was born.
Of course she might still be at the bottom of the well slowly dying of hypothermia (or unconscious at the daycare after falling out of the tree), having entirely imagined growing up and living an adult life. Or her mother, who has been in a coma for many years, has finally died, and her ghost has come to Gemma to fulfill her last wish, which is to see her children reunited. Or her father has finally died and is haunting her, trying to drag her into a vulnerable place in her mind so he can torment her. Or Dr. Kitsune implanted posthypnotic suggestions years ago that Gemma would start remembering her childhood when she was emotionally ready to handle it. How's that for a mixed bag of strange possibilities? I'll bet they're all wrong. :)

I'll bet it's just as it's written -- she was already at home, but she's come into the room to tell them that Daddy's home. We'll probably see him next page. But how will we see him? Will we perhaps see him as he actually looks? Or will he be monstrous again? Or the threatening shadow from earlier?
Hmm. I suppose daddy will be a normal fur currently. I wonder if he might possibly return to his normal self sometime, or he might be killed? Of course, the story is in your head right now. This story is very intriguing. I wish i could appear in a comic, but it is not too important, i guess. I have a new fursona other than Sparks Firedrake, and he is a white dragon, named Torterenek Waker, who is a baby most of the time.
