sonicgal128128 on a track. For a $10 mic, things aren't sounding to atrocious.
I'm trying to capitalize on my strengths for the EP. Dunno if things will work out the way I want, kinda not having the success I wanted, but we'll see.
If it happens it happens, if not, then, eh. At least I can cry myself to sleep at night knowing that I make my own bass patches [joke]

Dude this is like...seriously professional sounding.
Like really...I would pay money for this quality music. <3
If you don't mind my asking, what's some of the software and VSTs and stuff you use? I'm trying to learn more about electronic music making so I can do better with mine c:

WONDERFUL QUESTION!!
My DAW is Ableton 8.
I my holy trinity of digital software instruments: Sylenth1 (leads), Massive (bass), FM8(bass). I'll occasionally play with other tools, but these 3 are what I rely on the most.
I also use Sausage Fatttener, Omhicide, Ohmboyz, Izotope Ozone 5 (this is a must-have for me), and Stutter Edit by Izotope. There are other tools but these are what I rely on the most.
Word(s) of advice:
[TL;DR Version}
Despite having a huge arsenal of expensive crap, absolutely NONE OF IT has magically made my music better. Yes, they gave me new ways to make and improve my music, but getting them in my VST folder was not enough. I (and everyone else) had to endure endless hours of marginal progress, only to churn up complete shit that was not also a blow to my self-esteem, but a total waste of everyone's time. But after a while, things stopped sucking. Then they started to sound a bit better. Present day. I'm NOT going to sit here and say that my music is past the dip. In many ways I still feel that I'm trapped in the Suck Valley. But, I put a shit-ton of hours and work into my songs, and in some way I feel it's starting to pay off.
I'd totally recommend buying any of these VSTS (especially Sausage Fattener, it's only $40), IF AND ONLY IF you're willing to commit yourself to learning them, suffer through a lot of heart-ache, and hope for the best. And like, by learn them, I don't mean memorize what the fucking algorithms that power the software. I mean it in a general kind of way. Basic ins, outs, how this-makes-that-sound kinda stuff (FYI I use presets for leads like a complete sap; I'd better start learning that shit or it will catch up with me). YouTube tutorials will change your life. Reading the PDFs that come with the software will open up ur brain to new possibilities.
[Short Version]
Your will to better yourself will really help out.
(Oh, and torrents. Those help too.)
Sorry for the typos

I can't describe it, but I will say that it should be %50 cheaper. It's a good tool but it takes forever to learn.
