It really is an adorable piece! Otsen (a bit larger than he normally is) is being tickled by his friend Arty and bouncing him on his coils. It was a nice gift to get, and I am grateful to Arty for it!

Well, I know that rottweilers can be very sweet, or somewhat aggressive. They are adorable dogs though!
And Otsen used to be human, so he likes dogs a lot. Hence he would want to be nice to them. As for handling, well, he's a python, so he could probably either escape from the dog or restrain him if necessary.
