This is in ADDITION to our regular Frolic, which will still be held on Sat, Oct 12th at the Stud.
Two great parties, one night.
Bootie has been rated the top nightclub night by several publications for several years in a row.
Frolic is the Bay Area's biggest Furry nightclub event.
Mash these two events up, and what do you get? One great party.
On Saturday, October 19th, Frolic will be hosting the Loft (above the dna pizza) space at the DNA Lounge during Bootie. Now you can get your fix on for the best mashups and best mashup party in the world, combined with dancing with (or in) your favorite fursuiters.
This should be a great opportunity to fursuit in a large nightclub with alot of space to run around in, multiple sound rooms, and a large green room. Super great vibe at this venue, with the friendliest vibe you will ever find in a crowd this size.
Fursuiters, we will have a room dedicated for you to put your fursuits on, stash your bins, chill out with your head off. We have arranged a $5 discount, just show them your fursuit at the door (this only applies to fursuiters, not venai, not kigarumis, not just tails and ears, etc. We do welcome and encourage those though!).
We will have some of your favorite Frolic djs playing music (MDKai, Cohn Jonner, AudioDile, NeonBunny), as well as visuals by VJs Skibit and MaliePono.
The cost for the event is $15 (only $10 if you get there before 10pm). Fursuiters, I especially encourage you to get there early so you can avoid having to stand in a line to get into the event.
Parking is available nearby, either street parking, or the pay lot at Costco, or the Pay Lot on Harrison between 11th and 12th.

Live on stage at 11 PM, it's "BOWIE / STEVIE: The Live Experience," presented by John!John!, Carla Tutu, and live band The First Church of the Sacred Silversexual. From David Bowie's celestial perch in the cosmic stratosphere, the Sacred Silversexual laid eyes on the Earth Witch known as Stevie Nicks and instantly knew that worlds would collide. Bowie meets Stevie in an enchantingly eccentric love story told through the voices of a live mashup rock opera! It's got to be seen to be believed!
Holding down the Main Room will be Bootie founders and resident DJs A Plus D, as they throw down the greatest mashups in the world. Upstairs in the Loft, it's Frolic, the Bay Area's premier furry party since 2010. Voted the best nightclub petting zoo, DJ NeonBunny plays bouncy fun house music and beats that always get your tail moving, welcoming animal costumes of all types! And in the Lounge, it's Glitterazzi, with DJs Meikee Magnetic and Mixtress Shizaam playing an explosive mix of electro, mashups, trap, and house.
Launched in 2003 by San Francisco DJ duo A Plus D, Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the then-burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities on four continents.
