Yeah, all kids do this at some point, I could definitely eat more as a kid than I can now as an adult.. I recall doing this at age about age 10 at a restaurant... but I ordered the Veggie Combo platter... for two. The staff refused to believe my parents that I could finish the whole thing, actually argued with them until the manager (a good friend of my dad) came by and told them to just bring it..
I finished the whole thing, and went "But I'm still hungry! Can I have dessert... please?" :D The waitress' jaw about hit the floor :D
