 Jasufox who is now fat is caught up in 2 situations, to the left he's gotta pee really bad an on the right he's gotta take care of more serious business, but the bathroom's broken! Luckily for him, he figures out a solution and he feels a lot better after both.

It seems this was continually read as one long sequence. You can, but the expressions don't match and there's wetness missing in the 'last' panel. Take it as you will but it was intended as 2 different scenarios.
