So, here is the whole story.
Over my many trips out to Utah (for Blue Table Painting), I've become close friends with Thomas (their main bat-repper).
Well, for those of you that don't know- He has a rather huge Emperor's Children force (which he plays as any kind of Space Marine he wants.).
The last time I was out there, I found out two things: When his birthday is (recently) and that he has always wanted a Land Raider Achilles. But, he doesn't wanna spend the money (cause its one more tank he'd have to build and paint- and he has a new child to take care of, and other reasons.)
So - I contacted Zach that works there. How do I know Zach? Well, when I was trying out for a job out there, he and I were trying out at the same time. While I didn't get the job of assembler, he did get the job of Painter. - So, I told Zach I am sending the tank there- and see if anyone would help me by putting it together and paint it, for Thomas' Birthday.
So, Mason happily hopped up to assemble this beast. And John Fede painted it.
Today, I was sent this pic to my phone. I am SUPER pleased.
