in Poland,
we do have fabric markers or paint but only one brand and its usually like markers to write your initials on your panties or something =p so they blur easily
and shipping costs from usa or even uk are usually just too high for someone with my funds =p i'm checking ebay very often for those but most of the time shipping cost is higher than the item i want to buy :D
