allowed or not, windows like that should remain securely in place and unable to open. Though I suppose they put a lock on it so that they don't have to replace it every time a thief brings a glass cutter! haha. (or a brick) I also think the tail does look bigger, though your right about the perspective, i just never realised his tail could actually look that bigger than him! come to think of it how many animals have tails bigger than their bodies........?
Read all this in a couple days and I'min love! It's comics like these that are well written and well well drawn that makes me wanna draw comics myself. I LOVE Kharma(pretty sure that's his name) his my favorite so far! I can't wait to see more of this, its sooooo good!!!
