well this turned out ok, i really should be finishing my essay but... i got distracted, okay?

this is a Neko version of one of my story characters, Elizabeth 'Riza' Dresden, yes, her hair is naturally white and no, she won't answer any old request, she does have standards.

Riza lives in New York yet has traveled the world in search of her parents who abandoned her when she was young because of her gifts. she can usually be seen either in her office, playing basketball or down at the local bar talking to the bar keep for leads on a case. her right eye that is permanently covered is deep blood red, supposedly her father had blood red eyes, but it is only what the orphanage told her, she has no proof of that. she keeps it covered to stop people from staring at her eye as it seems to unnerve many people.
