This is a Gaia online image, and not made by you, As per the AUP you must remove this, or else be reported.

Of course you don't see the problem. You think that because other people can get away with it, that clearly it's not a part of the rules!
But it is. And I keep telling people that the only way the admins will ever pay attention to them is if they're reported. But there's far too many people who would rather be lazy on this site, then do their part to maintain it.

I fail to see the issue here. Yes, the image was from else where, but they aren't trying to pass it off as their own. If they did try to take credit for it as their own work, then I'd have to agree with you. but as that is not the case, you really haven't got a foot to stand on for that accusation.

I don't claim to know anything about gaia online, but I presume that the character depicted is the artists avatar for that site. If that is the case, then this doesn't break any of the rules you've listed. Sorry.

Clearly you don't seem to understand, and I'll spell it out in basic terms so even you won't have a hard time getting it through your skull.

The avatar was not created by him. It is parts and pieces all made by Gaia online, that he had no hand in creating himself. Thus, he has violated multiple rules here.

1) He has submitted something that was not made BY him or FOR him. Gaia online created those models, not him.
2) He has submitted a screenshot of an online forum game. This is against the rules.
3) He has not removed the submission after being informed of his infraction to the AUP.

Gaia merely offers the parts and pieces, he put them together, he made it. It's no different than someone giving him paper and a pen and then he proceeds to draw something. He was given the materials, but he made it.

And if you do have a problem than submit a complaint to the admins, but there's no need to attack other commenters on here.
He gave credit to Gaia, end of story. He's not saying it's his.

And I don't have a thick skull so don't worry about trying to explain the exact same thing in other words.

This is kind of un-necessary. There are far more important issues out there. The admins have more important things to do.
