Woo, Neopets art!
Some of you might remember me posting my Zafara character, Targad, about two months ago. I hinted at having a Lutari character - well, here he is! Skyrudder!
I've normally drawn him with more human-like proportions, but for this one I decided to draw his proportions more like an actual Lutari. I'm pretty happy with this! I’m not sure if this will become part of his actual design or not. With my otter character I just let his design fall into place over time, so I’ll probably just do the same with Skyrudder. Enjoy!

I recognized him as an otter, don't worry! I think having smaller ears would help him look more ottery, but it's not confusing either way to me. =)
Regarding commissions, I'll be posting a journal whenever I open up for commissions again. I think I may be opening up for expression sheet commissions next, I'm just not sure when yet. I'll have to make an example sheet first.
