OH! That would be this wonderful book here! <3 TONS of rat doodles/concepts, illustrations, ALL that good stuff from the movie's process, as well as text from producers and such! Literally, jus' the first few pages will blow yah away!
Would HIGHLY recommend that, as well as all other 'Art of' books you can manage to get! :) <3

omgomgomg this is the best thing?? Best rat, ratty ratties, uhm HEY YOU stop saying your style doesn't do him justice your style fits him like a t-shirt that can be used as a part-time blanket (this is a good thing ok) SO IT'S GOOD WOAH I am fav

WOW... this looks so awesome!! Your rendition of Remy is really REALLY good. Don't know how you managed to turn a 3D image of him into a 2D cartoon, but you did a fantastic job!! I wish I could draw like that... but I did draw Tow Mater, from Cars, recently. It's in my gallery if you wanna see it. :)
