How does it stay on? Why, it's quite simple. See, there's a strap that's going around the back of her neck, and probably one going around her mid-back, and the rest is done by friction.

Hmm... The eyes alone make her look like she's trying to be seductive... The mouth, however, shows unhappyness, though not necessarily sadness or anger... Combining the two gives the impression of boredom... The pose appears show offish, but add the face and it supports my earlier assumption: boredom...

Well, it's kinda hard to tell with her. She tends to be very introverted, personality-wise, but not shy. She often prefers to hide her emotions under a veil of apathy, even though she isn't apathetic. That and she hates being taken by surprise so she's prone to act like nothing catches her attention.
Wait a minute. Blaze is a Ninetails, which is a Fire type Pokemon, which is weak against water. In the PCA world, wouldn't water be unhealthy, let alone lethal, to a fire type? I mean, you know the story of what happens when Charmander's tail flame is extinguished, don't you?
A valid concern. I think they can tolerate normal water as long as they aren't being attacked with it, though I doubt they enjoy it. Water might even weaken them slowly. Blaze here loves the beach because of the abundance of sunlight, but she isn't likely to go for a swim.
