"Show me the car fax..."
Inspired by a picture a family member sent me of that inflatable "car fox" character. It's one of those spur-of-the-moment, pure randomness things that I had to sketch. Took about 3-5 hours in MyPaint with a tablet, using two layers.
The perspective looks odd, but considering it's my first time doing something like this without 3D reference from Blender, I'm happy with it. Feel free to leave me constructive criticism though, I'd love to learn to improve!
Bit of background since the story this character's from hasn't been released: Darius is one of the many kitsune inhabitants of an alternate dimension, linked to ours courtesy of Aperture Science's multiverse testing initiative. Despite the kitsunes being 70x human height on average, he's a gentle giant, only causing destruction due to his clumsiness - no harm meant. (Ignore that person under the shadow of his left footpaw, definitely not me... :o)
Also, 'ello folks, it's my first post to FA! Wow, this took forever to happen... Here's to hoping I can beat my self-imposed quality bar for submissions in the future >.<

Yeah... After over a year of not posting anything, I really wanted to get -something- uploaded. Glad you like it!
As for Darius, he'll return for sure, though he should be a little more car-ful with what he does :)
