This is one of your best digital pieces so far. I hope you don't mind some small suggestions. My only purpose for this critique is to help you do even better because this has huge potential. I am honestly impressed with this c: PS The fur looks like it took a lot of time, it really works well for this piece!
-Don't be afraid to make the muzzle wider
-move ther ear a bit down and back (think where the skull's ear hole is)
-The lips are a bit too wavy, try to only make one "wave"
-The antler furthest from us should be more "down" it's making her head look stretch out flat towards us
