A wolf I drew LONG LONG time ago, circa 1990 or so.... In either case, his name is Frostbite, he lives in the artic circle (nomadic so can't pin down a location) and his coloration was based off of Tecmo's "Tiger of the Winds" (Tiger/Tiger from the games) From their Monster Rancher series.
