Clean doesn't have to mean boring. The wheels don't really fit for my taste, and the color is just kinda plain. It's in nice shape, and it's "clean" in the sense it's been taken care of, but not clean in the sense that it pops and makes me stare. My brother's shiny and garage kept Caprice with factory paint and non-lowrider wire wheels is definitely the definition of clean. THAT'S a head-turner.
