I have a question, in my first tail, all the fluffs look separate, but when i loook at other people's, its all smooth and looks smooth

Well, it depends on a few things: how many strands in a bundle, how thick the spine is and how close together you sew them

Ten per. Most of mine are ten. The 72in tail is 14 though. I'll also be making a quick Halloween tail that will be 8.

That's fine. 13 is fine. So if that's the case, you might need to see them tighter together. It's a good pattern though! :3

Well I use my hands to decide the length. But I measured one and it was 6.5in :3
