I had a lot of fun at the ren fair despite the heat and all the costume malfunctions we had to deal with.

when I first got the suit it was wayyyy too big in the waist so Steve had to take the zipper out and take in the waist. One of the ears fell off the headband the week after I got it and they came untrimmed and positioned in a way that did not look horse like... so we took the ears off the original headband and lilly trimmed them up and steve carved out the bottom so they would sit at the right angle and glued them onto a different headband. Oh and this outing was the first time I got to wear it out....and during this excursion the bottom on both the hoof boots came off -_- ... irritated is an understatement because I almost busted my ass when the soles of the shoes came off..they flipped forward and I tripped on them both times. We originally tried to fix them but then gave up and just put the soles back in my backpack.
