This, I think, is a custom version of Firebrand's wind element form from Capcom's Demon's Crest video game, wearing something called a "demon king armor" or something like that. Basically, it's a composite design made from elements of two different pieces of official artwork blended together. Admittedly, I haven't played much of Demon's Crest, which is something I still intend to rectify... some day.

So far, the only game in the series I played all the way through was the first one (Gargoyle's Quest for Game Boy). I played it on the 3DS Virtual Console, and I liked it. I only started playing Demon's Crest once, years ago, but for some reason I never made it past the first few stages. I should go back to that some day.
