I have no idea what the inspiration for this was--it looks like it could be a movie cosplay?--but in any case, it's gorgeous! I've really enjoyed nighttime scenery lately, and the texture on the character's eyes and floating behind the character is creepy... makes me think of TV static! Very gorgeous work :)
