Not my best photo, but I managed to get a snap of this guy finally. This woodpecker you see here, is my 'natural alarm clock'. Every morning around seven he's pounding away at the tree outside my bedroom. I don't mind much as it's much better than that klaxon my normal alarm clock is. I got one shot of him before he noticed me and boltedl to another tree.

I dub this bird, Aio's Pecker! It's always up in the morning, it pounds away on things and it's got a red helmet!
