It wont be glazed since that kind of heat stress would likely cause this thing to break apart. It's fairly solid. I would say weighting at least 10lbs. Yes. It IS that heavy xD. Took me a year to make (due to the fact that the class runs 6 weeks and only 3-4 times out of the year). Someday I want to use acrylic to paint it but, first I need a place to put it where it wont need to be moved. Till then it's been sitting in a box to protect it.
