They are both sentient, but Niyetli treats Sasha as more of a pet (and lover) than a person. His species of dragon has a sexual aura that she hopes to use to control other dragons, but she treats him like dirt. He resists her commands pretty stubbornly, but she did eat his parents and siblings, after all. 83
Excellent work Strega! I know of few others that could pull off and make Niyetli's strange body frame believable, and you certainly nailed it. All the extras like the wide collar and the mongoose's clothes and things fit perfectly. The bells hanging between Sasha's horns and Niyetli's belt are a nice touch.
