It is unfortunate that Nonus is no longer reachable on FA, I'd ask them about this and if it were ok if I were to make one myself. I'd essentially attempt to replicate the style but make a new image. Ultimately it would be my art so there wouldn't be any harm done, though I would probably still give credit to the reference as inspiration.
