It's something Shibby2142(Youtube celebrity known for TF2 and various other shooters) coined. He'd use suggested loadouts and gauge their effectiveness, or as he'd say "how u c damage"
Personally my Pyro loadout it the Sharpened Volcano Fragment(re-named Pyromancer's Axe), Scorch Shot(yet to be re-named) and the Degreaser(also yet to be re-named) with the Pyromancer's Mask. I've yet to get any misc items for Pyro.

I just pick and go. I get killed all the time, mostly because I just have FUN rather than try to take it as a karate tournament. Jedi Knight 3 I can understand being a bit careful, seeing as how it's mainly lightsaber dueling but still... If your taking a game too seriously that usually means *inhales* you have no life.
