*jaw meet mr floor*...Wow :O.
He looks so fierce yet beautifully majestic as he stands there. Quite graceful too. (Perhaps he's spotted an enemy up ahead and is now preparing to do battle or a strange passer by is attempting to pass onto his territory, who knows)but boy does it look badass. Whether its the armour design, the lovely forest background with its sense of tranquility it brings to things, the big sexy paws, the bulging codpiece or that handsome buff, fluffy hunk of dragon in Z behind it all...Well tis indeed all so gorgeous .
I simply love the vividness & dynamic vibe of the image esp. A great scene. The level of detail is outstanding. From the muscles/anatomy, expression, individually rendered bits of armour or the bold rich colours etc..Its all so well done. Breathtaking in its beauty. NG you did a great job capturing this character. Excellent artwork indeed :).

Thats what i was thinking as well... To revealing & major insta-kill body parts exposed for proper heavy duty, close quarters combat. But perhaps he counters this flaw with superior speed and agility thus avoiding his opponents attacks and hitting them before they can retaliate. Thus wearing light armour would come in-handy for such a fighting style/strategy as it would allow one to move more and not be as restrictive.
Oh i agree. After all its the fantasy genre(not hard sci-fi for instance) so might as well let your imagination run wild in the whole "awesome over realistic" department & come up with some cool/unique ideas realism be damned. As long as it roughly all goes by the rules layed down in whatever the specific universe maybe you can do anything. I was just giving my thoughts is all. Im not saying its bad because it might no be the most realistic or anything like that. Cuz tbh i don't think it matters all that much. Its up to the creator what they wanna go with, i just go with the flow so to speak. And in this case its pretty badass. Looks the part(n then some^^)etc.
