This is my new fursona.

Her name is 'Lacey' after my own real name.

I created her because I have noticed that I have changed a lot these past couple years, and craved a character that would represent the real 'me' more.

Rough Collies actually physically resemble me a lot in real life I think, so naturally that is what I picked. Her fur is matted and dreadlocked, she's all natural, and sometimes will decorate her fur with big colorful beads. They are NOT just limited to her neck fur, but she always has some there. She has also been known to tie in bits of string, ribbons or buttons if she fancies them.

Lacey has an uncanny ability to find the good in all people, she is nonjudgemental in nearly every sense of the word, but if you wrong her or upset her, she has been known to hold grudges or be wary of you for quite some time. However, she is extremely fluid and adaptive, not easily angered.
She is quite sensitive to emotions. She will catch on to your mood. However you are feeling generally rubs off on her.

Lacey is extremely creative and observant. She can appreciate even the smallest things, and is content with them. She never seeks out the newest or coolest thing. She actually dislikes most technology. She's never happier than to just be outside surrounded by nature.
She does have a weakness for music, but mainly acoustic songs. She's infatuated by it, and it can color her mood for the rest of the day.
