It's, uh, it's a pro wrestling quote by Tommy Dreamer from Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) back in the day.
Basically what happened was that Shane Douglas (who sort of made ECW a thing) revealed to Dreamer that (within the story) his wife was cheating on him with another woman. When he found out, he responded with said quote.

*Squeee!* Normally, I'm an Autobot lover myself, but with you in that cute purple outfit...Oh that has really awful temptation written all over it. It's a good thing you're not wearing your glasses, or I'd loose all control, completely. The horsepower joke was a cute touch as well, and I have no doubt she can roll out with the best of them, but you're just too yummy looking. Blast, it's too bad I'm broke, because I just got the cutest idea involving getting seduced to the Decepticon cause. And I look so good in red, too.
To answer the question, though, I'm going with the 'Bots. Simply because they already have their own fliers (Aerialbots), they have Dinobots, and not least of all they have Hot Rod and Prowl, between whom I can't decide whose engine block makes me purr like a kitten. And the 'Cons never had a wacky, schizophrenic ally voiced by Eric Idle.
