These are some of the first heads I have made dating from 2001-2003. I'm not really an artist so I honed my skills with a lot of trial and error. More error than anything. Back then I thought I could take commissions but really should have kept it to personal suits. I stopped making suits for others for a while and started again when I felt that what I was making was passable. There were a lot of negative comments and criticism back then, but I kept pushing forward.
I love looking at suits others have created... enjoying how they describe their process and educating myself on what they have learned along the way. You never know where people will be with their craft in 3-5 years so its always good to leave good up-beat comments for people. If you must be critical of others' work, in your comments, make it positive and constructive. A bit of positive reinforcement goes a long way.

Thank you for sharing this. I still struggle everyday on my craft thinking how can i make it better when i should just say im gonna do the best i can and move on, stressing about one thing brings other things down and you lose yourself. I take pride in every head i build and hearing good and constructive comments helps me through any challenges. Seeing those pics above helped me realize that at some point you were in the same boat i am in now, and from here i can only get better like you have. You are personally my inspiration and will continue to make suits in hopes i can be as good as you one day.
I agree with all the others for sure. I'm proud to be a part of your story. There are lots of 'good' suitmakers out there, but there are very few that make you feel like you are part of something larger than just yourself. I think most if not all of your customers since you officially opened for commissions feel that way, because I know I do. I'm proud to be a bc4c creation and wouldn't have it any other way!
