The outfit is nice and complements the inflation well! I'd say she's filling with water.

Like I said before, this drawing came out great! The coloring textures and the colors themselves are done excellently. Plus that swimsuit looks good on her. Also, she just looks really good too =D
Hopefully we do see more of her in the future =3
