I could probably change your skin to green... and I could do it one of two ways. The first way, which would be the easiest, would be to adjust the hues and saturation of all the reds in the image until they turn green, then decrease their brightness. The second way would involve using the colour replace tool to pick out your skin colour and replace it with varying shades of green. Both methods can be done with and without the magic wand tool. All in all, it wouldn't be too hard of a thing to do, maybe twenty minutes tops if I'm using the wand.

I actually tried both of those methods and they didn't come out well. I just don't think it's a high enough quality picture to be able to use the magic wand. But hey if you can do it, feel free, just post a link in the comments. I'll totally give you props.
