I guess that all depends on what your definition of "real" is~
But to answer what I'm guessing you mean.. yes and no. Yes, it is a real syringe, but it's -NOT- a hypodermic one. It's an oral syringe, and one in which I've inserted a piece of soft aluminum floral crafting wire (with the tip well rounded and sanded down) that is held firmly in place by my "rave essence." Adding said "rave essence" also renders the syringe useless, as it will not function any longer.
