And, might I add, the background really gives it that anime-feel for Sparks showing up to show off his costume. You can kind of get that feel that, if this were an episode of Pokémon, all the other Pokémon talking about their Halloween costumes until they hear Sparks appear. Then, they turn to see him and this is what the audience watching the show would see. Fun background effects to accent the cookie costume.

I'll admit, when I saw the thumbnail, I thought Sparks looked as if he were dressed like a Cave Chu. Though, this is indeed far cuter.

Now he just needs to watch out for hungry Pokémon mistaking him for a real cookie. I can see some follies regarding bird Pokémon making such a mistake and Sparks having to give some Thunder Shock reminders that he is NOT edible to a Pidgey, or two. :)
